The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

“App” means Mobile based app

“Site” means browser-based solution.

“Solution” means either App, Site or a combination of both

“Device” means any device that can access the Service provided by a solution.

“Personal data” means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual

“Usage Data” means data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service

“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual

We categorize personal data we into the following groups:

Employee Data:  personal data we collect from our employees and prospective employees who work or seek to work at Loomo technologies.

Customer User Data: personal data concerning our customers’ internal focal persons who directly engage with our solutions e.g., authorized users, supervisors and billing contacts

Customer Data: personal data that we collect, process and/or manage on behalf of our business customers, submitted via the web apps, mobile applications and related products, integrations, add-ons and extensions services (collectively, “solutions”) managed and operated Loomo Technologies. 

 

3. Data Collection

3.1 Employee Data

Personal data submitted to us during application for employment is processed in accordance with applicable personal data regulations and best practice. Any personal data received from you with your application will only be used for the purpose of processing your application and will not be disclosed.

The personal data we collect include:

  • First and last name
  • Email Address
  • Phone numbers
  • Home address
  • Employment history
  • Academic history
  • CV

3.2 Customer User Data

When a company enters into a contract with Loomo Technologies, we collect business contact data in the form of the following data from you. The data allows us to create user profiles on our platform for focal points to administer and manage the services offered to their clients.:

  • First and last name
  • Job title
  • Company
  • Work email address
  • Phone number
  • Country
  • I.P. Address

All personal data collected will only be used for the purpose of communication during projects being implemented. We do not sell personal data to anyone nor share it with third parties.

3.3 Customer Data

This is the data originating from end-users who use the solutions we developed, deployed and/or maintain on behalf of our business customers.

3.3.1 Information Collection & Use

We collect information about you directly from you and automatically through your use of our Services. We may combine information about you from all of these sources.

3.3.2 Information we collect directly from you

We may collect information about you directly from you. For example, when you register to use our Site or App, we will collect information from you, which may include:

  • your username,
  • password,
  • name,
  • address,
  • phone number,
  • email address,
  • company name.

Certain information, including without limitation your name, company name, and contact information, may be available to other users in performing transactions concerning you.

3.3.3 Information we collect automatically

 We automatically track certain information based upon your behavior on the Site, including but not limited to,

  • your Internet protocol (IP) address,
  • dates and times you access our Site,
  • and other logging data.

Through our App we may collect technical data and related information, including but not limited to:

  • technical information about your device,
  • system,
  • application software,
  • and peripherals,

This data is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to such App. When you use any of our App, the App may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your mobile device, including without limitation

  • your phone number or other unique device identifier assigned to your mobile device
  • the IP address of your mobile device;
  • the manufacturer and model of your mobile device;
  • mobile operating system;
  • type of mobile Internet browsers you are using; and
  • information about how you interact with the App, such as how many times you use a specific part of the App over a given time period,
  • the amount of time you spend using the App,
  • how often you use the App,
  • actions you take in the App, and
  • how you engage with the App.

We use this information to administer our Solutions, to track users’ movements around our Solutions, to gather  information about our user base as a whole; to track trends in usage and volume statistics to create a more efficient and usable Solutions; and to determine areas of the Solutions that could be improved to enhance the user experience.

3.3.4 Geolocation Information

Our App collects your geolocation information. We use this information to help prevent fraud and give provide you information about nearby services.

 

4.0 Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information.

 

5.0 Duration of Storage

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

 

6.0 Transfer of Your Personal Data

We do not rent or sell personally identifiable information with other individuals or organizations. However, we may transfer your personal data to third parties if we are obliged to do so according to legislation or in order to protect ourselves or our customers in legal disputes.

 

7.0 Changes

We recognize that data protection and privacy is an ongoing responsibility, so we reserve our right to make changes to this Data Protection and Privacy Policy from time to time as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies, etc.
